Lost in Translation is a game in which your spacecraft collides with an unknown planet, where people communicate in a language that is unfamiliar to you. The system has removed all documentation for this language, making it impossible for you to look it up. The system has assigned you the task of creating a new dictionary for this language. Translate as many words as possible before leaving!

You will not only sit motionless when translating, but you will also be able to go back and forth to the sign's location. Click it to learn more about the planet Thesaurus and its inhabitants. Speaking with others is one way to learn this language quickly. Of course, they will speak Thesauri, but with your observation and judgment skills, you may estimate the contents of their statements. Remember to take notes the moment you learn a new term. To open your notebook, click the notebook icon at the bottom right of the screen. Possibly the most difficult element is trying to answer the Thesauri's queries in their language. Most players are unable to respond accurately the first time. Don't worry; you can always respond again when you know more words. These villagers might be curious about what you have, so click on the inventory and give it to them. Continue guessing and attempting to find new terms. Suggest that chatting with several aliens may help you expand your vocabulary. Their speaking style may also impair your ability to learn new terms. After departing, the quantity of points you earn will be proportional to the number of terms in the dictionary.
