The game is played by a small guy who gradually gains weight. You can build muscles in many parts of your body, such as the arms, legs, and thighs. These areas can be built up with dumbbell curls and other exercises like squats and pull-ups. You'll find a stamina and strength bar at the top of your screen. Stamina and strength should be measured. Your workouts become more difficult when your stamina gauge reaches the red zone. It's time to take a break or to stock up on energy pills and drinks to help you regain stamina.
As you get fitter and participate in competitions, your earnings may increase. You can use heavier weights and cycles to build muscle mass and increase your endurance. You can also change the skin color and hairstyle of your character.
