You are about to experience the HTML5 version of the very popular 2D sidescrolling platformer Super Mario Bros. Mario will guide you through the game. If you wish to save Princess Toadstool, you must defeat Bowser and his armies within the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario has to reach the flagpole to win each level.

Mario has to collect a lot of coins in different locations. Mario must also avoid bricks marked with a question mark, as they may reveal additional cash or an unusual item. You should try hitting some other bricks if you can, as they could contain money or unusual objects.

Mario can gain unique powers by consuming mushrooms, which is one of Mario's unique items.

If Mario Mario eats a Super Mushroom and becomes Super Mario; he may become two times larger than normal. He will also gain the ability to crush bricks above him. If he is attacked, instead of dying, Mario will return to his normal state.
By consuming a Fire Flower, Mario transforms into the Fire Mario. Mario can now throw fireballs out of his hands.
Mario can transform into Star Mario when he touches a Super Star that is bouncing. This power-up is rare. Mario can be almost bulletproof in this state and touch enemies to death. Use your newly acquired abilities quickly, as this temporary form is only temporary!
