Rummikub Tips & Strategies
- It is not always preferable to place all of your available tiles on the table at the start of the game. It is often preferable to hold some and wait for other players to place certain tiles on the table first, giving you additional options.
- When you have a group or run of four tiles, it may be best to merely play three of them and play the fourth tile on the next round. This manner, you may avoid taking an additional tile in the following round.
- Think carefully on what you do with your Joker. You must weigh the advantages of possessing a Joker in the latter stages of the game against the potential penalty of 30 points if it remains in your rack when the game concludes.
