Street Fighter 2 is a 2D fighting video game. It was released on many gaming and arcade cabinet as released on many gaming and arcade cabinet systems, such as the Sega Genesis gaming console. Street Fighter 2 was the basis for all subsequent editions. The gameplay is similar to the previous editions of Street Fighter 2. Two combatants engage in a fight until one of them reaches zero health. There are eight main characters to choose from, each with their own motivations, fighting styles and martial arts skills.
